Clearing up Yoder's lies (a public letter)

Rodney Yoder is a 'psychiatric prisoner' in the Chester Mental Health Facility in downstate Chester, Illinois. On Feb. 28 Rodney recorded an audio message to his 'supporters' that was a slanderous attack on me. I wrote this public letter on the Yoder supporters site

Rodney Yoder in his Feb. 28 audio musings has slandered and attacked me with a barrage of lies and goofy statements. I know that he was given this batch of lies and vitriol by his attorney Randy Kretchmar. I want to clear some of this up.

First, Rodney, I have never, ever asserted that you hate Jews, blacks and women. If Randy told you this then he will be held accountable.

Yes, I do have to use oxygen for health reasons. For Rodney to attempt to taunt me and demean me is really very low. I know that he got this from Randy Kretchmar as the Church of Scientology has tried to use this against me before. I have many emails from him taunting me over my use of oxygen. I wonder how many of your supporters know of a 'church' that would taunt and demean people who are disabled. I only know of one.

Yes, I am...was a professional musician. I am fairly well known in the classic jazz world and I have a number of recordings out. I have never made any claims to being a super star or a celebrity. For health reasons I am no longer working in music.

Yoder claims that I support psychiatry as though I am supporting something undesirable. I certainly do support psychiatry as an important specialty in medicine. Psychiatry is the toughest arena within medicine and requires long and intense training. Many important strides in psychiatric treatment have been made in recent times.

Yoder claims that I recruited John Prior. Recruited him for what. John prior is a hard working , honorable guy. Who has worked harder for Rodney Yoder And Yoder and Kretchmar turn on him overnight.

When I first heard the Kretchmar had signed on as Yoder's attorney I contacted John Prior. I felt that he had the right to know the truth about Kretchmar and why he had gotten involved in this. I believed that he had the right to know that Randy Kretchmar is a lying, devious member of the Church of Scientology. Kretchmar is not just a member he is one of their operatives and he is piggy backing Yoder's case to further the Church of Scientology's weird anti-psychiatry agenda.

Rodney Yoder tries to attack me because I was with CAN. CAN was the Cult Awareness Network, a non-profit organization that collected public domain information on groups that are considered by the public to be destructive cults, and made that information available to the public. This was a valuable service to so many families as the proliferation of mind controlling cults and groups escalated.

I was a Scientologist but I got out when I realized that Scientology was turning into a vicious and greedy cult. L. Ron Hubbard, the wacko founder of Scientolgoy/Dianetics grew more insane by the day. I was a member when Hubbard had an epiphany and realizied that he could get out of paying taxes by declaring his Scientology concoction a religion. We were told to wear clerical collars and to call ourselves ministers so that the public would perceive us as a real 'Church.' It was an amusing farce then but is a dangerous con now.

I saw family after family bankrupted and broken up from scientology involvement. I determined to do what I could to expose the frauds and crimes committed by this phony 'church.' I found out about CAN and offered myself as a reference on Scientology. Eventually I was asked if I would work in the CAN office which was in Barrington, IL. Working at CAN was a very enlightening, educational and disturbing experience. To be able to talk with so many people devastated by involvement with destructive, coercive cults was disturbing. The group that CAN got the most calls about was Scientology.

When I went to work at CAN, CAN was under seige from the Church of Scientology. A massive campaign of harassment had been initiated and Scientology had a network of agents and members across the country involved with actions, many of them criminal in nature, to destroy CAN. Randy KRetchmar was one of those agents. He operated a spy ring out of his home and the Chicago Church of Scientology, and spied upon former members and critics of Scientology. He usually operated in the shadows and had others doing his front work. His wife makes big money and finances his work for Scientology. I don't believe that he has actually ever had a job.

CAN was infiltrated by two spies who were set up by Scientology. Kretchmar was involved with both. One of them in a Declaration detailed a Scientology plot to murder Cynthia Kisser, the ED of CAN and my boss. Randy Kretchmar was named in that Declaration as an accomplice in this plot. Fortunately, the plot was aborted but they had tracked Ms. Kisser's path from her home to the CAN office. The plan was to cut her brake lines and follow her to ensure that she had a fatal accident.

Randy Kretchmar put together a smear packet on me and sent it out to people who had called CAN for information on Scientology. He used the address of one of his associates on this packet. Sadly, that associate killed himself last year after being bankrupted of $500,000 by the Church of Scientology, in addition to being driven mad on Scientology's bizarre secret courses. CAN had a staff of 5 people with a network of affiliates around the country. I can't recall any of us kidnapping and duct taping peopole to deprogram them out of their religions as Rodney Yoder claimed that we did.

The Court case that Yoder mentioned was the Jason Scott Case. this was a phony case that was set up by and financed by the Church of Scientology. It is an interesting case but too involved to go into here. Ultimately Jason Scott realized that he had been conned and used by Scientology, he disavowed one award and sold the other million dollar award for $20,000. Guess who bought it.

There is a great deal more to the CAN saga and how Scientology harassed CAN right into bankruptcy. Randy Kretchmar was involved in some of the crimes and illegal actions that were perpetrated agaisnt CAN. Justice will yet be served.

Scientology has a rabid anti-psychaitry agenda and the reason for it enters the twilight zone. L. Ron Hubbard declared that Scientology would eradicate 'evil' psychiatry and would take over the field of mental health. Scientologists are programmed on a daily basis with psychiatry as an 'evil' enemy of mankind.

Scientologists are taught on very expensive and very secret courses that all human have clusters of invisible alien spirits attached to them and these are the cause of all human problems, mental and physical. These are called by Hubbard 'Body Thetans' or BTs for short. If you have arthritis, a BT is causing it, depression, a BT is causing it. Only through Scientology and L. Ron Hubbard's awesome 'Golden' Technology can you free yourself from these invisible aliens.

Scientology uses a very effective hypnotic methodology to brainwash its members into robots who can only think and speak L. Ron Hubbard. They are very determined fanatics and they have a lot of money. Their core agenda is to"Clear the planet' i.e. turn everyone into scientologists. Then they are to join Hubbard in his work to 'Clear' the galaxy. You see...L. Ron Hubbard didn't die, he is off in another part of the galaxy continuing his work.

This is just a brief peek at the madness within Scientology. Everything Scientology does is devious and Kretchmar's involvement with Yoder is a prime example of this. When Scientology is done using Yoder to attack 'evil' psychiatry, they will drop Yoder as fast as Kretchmar dropped John Prior.

The CCHR is one of many Scientology front groups. The CCHR distributes rabid literature full of lies and distortions about psychiatric treatment. Those of you who have genuine concerns about psychiatric treatment will have more success by staying away from this devious hateful group.

When Rodney called me I told him that I had no interest in his case one way or another. I don't know enough about it to render a reasoned opinion. If he wants to do the right thing he will apologize and retract every lie that he uttered in his recording of Feb. 28
