1. OSA Harasses Berry:

Earlier today, Thursday September 11, 2003, I received a telephone call from Ava Paquette, Esq. of the Church of Scientology International's Office of Special Affairs Legal Unit ‘fronting' as the law firm of Moxon & Kobrin. The gist of the telephone call was as follows:

Ava: Graham, it is Ava here. You're back [in Los Angeles, CA]?

Graham: Yes.

Ava: How's your mother doing?

Graham: She's dead.

Ava: It was good that you were there [in New Zealand].

Graham: Yes it was. Because I was there my Dad was able to cope and my Mom was able to spend her last days at home instead of in a hospital. So she had a longer life and a more comfortable passing. It was also a very enriching experience for me.

Ava: I'm sorry.

Graham: Thankyou.

Ava: It's that time again. We need to take your judgment debtor exam again [because Moxon and Scientology have a sanctions and costs award - now I have time to attack those!]. When are you available?

Graham: Any day next week. I may have to go away in the next few weeks for three [to five] days, and I may be going away again for several months, so the sooner the better.

Ava: Well, I do not want to have to continue it like last time.

Graham: Well, take it next week then.

Ava: The court sets these things a month or two in advance.

Graham: Well tell the court I am appearing voluntarily and by stipulation so they should be able to schedule it for next week.

Ava: Are you back working? Aren't you back practicing law?

Graham: No.

Ava: Aren't you going back into practice?

Graham: I may do in a year or two, when I am finished what I am now working on.

Ava: You mean your books?

Graham: Yes.

Ava: Well we need to take your debtors examination again.

Graham: Well, get back to me with an early date and I will be there.

Ava: I will serve you Saturday.

Graham: I will not be here [at home] Saturday. I will make myself available Sunday. Bye.

It is widely alleged that OSA (which includes Moxon & Kobrin) records all telephone conversations irrespective of applicable California State law. They can make any corrections to the above-reconstructed conversation.

"29.Responsibility for conducting [the Church of Scientology's] policies and practices for destroying persons such as [opposing lawyers and critics] was transferred from the Public Investigation Section to the Guardian's office on March 1, 1966 in a Hubbard Communications Policy Letter entitled "The Guardian".

The Guardian's office, Division 20 on the Scientology organization board, has been renamed and is now the Office of Special Affairs of the Church of Scientology International in which the fictitious law firm of Moxon & Kobrin is part of the unit. Instructions to Guardian's Office members were and are set forth in the B1-B2 hatpack, part of which was utilized as recently as 1988 as the job description for the President of the Church of Scientology International and includes instructions as to infiltration, bribery, buying information, robbery and blackmail. The first Guardian appointed was Commodore Hubbard's third wife Mary Sue Hubbard."

Among other things, Ava's telephone call reminded me to make the appropriate complaints regarding her wrongful taking of the proceeds of sale of my 1988 Jeep that Ava and OSA seized. Applicable law, confirmed by the Los Angeles Superior Court in the very same proceedings, required the first $1,900 to be paid to me. The net proceeds of sale were approx. $900.00. Ava Paquette and Moxon & Kobrin took that money.

The court files reveal that the Sheriff's were informed that I owned two vehicles and that therefore applicable law provided I would not get the first $1,900. As proof, the Los Angeles County Sheriff was provided with the DMV records of a totally different person to myself. After I learned this I wrote to Ava Paquette, and I have also asked her in previous judgment debtor exams, to remit the ‘net proceeds of sale' to me as the law requires. She has totally ignored my requests. There are various criminal, contempt, civil and disciplinary remedies for such conduct. They apply to all the Moxon & Kobrin partners and perhaps to certain OSA staffers!

2. Has OSA hijacked Berry's web domain name?

I own the domain name grahamberry.com/net/org. Imagine my surprise to recently find the following website!

It appears that I may have been ‘Scieno-zapped' and that I may be a victim of federal identity theft. From the Dianetics And Scientology Technical Dictionary by L. Ron Hubbard (1975 printing), with David Mayo as a Side checker:

"ARC, 1. a word from the initial letters of Affinity, Reality, Communication which together equate to understanding. It is pronounced by stating its letters, A-R-C. To Scientologists it has come to mean good feeling, love or friendliness, such as "He was in ARC with his friend." One does not, however, fall out of ARC, he has an ARC break. (LRH Def. Notes). 2. …"

I would very much appreciate knowledgeable suggestions about how to obtain the necessary proof, where to make the appropriate complaints, and how to correct this outrage.

3. Good News From Hamburg:

OSA is obviously aware that I am in constant communication with a large number of people ["Enemies,""Supressive Persons" and "Potential Trouble Sources"} who include Ursula Caberta, Head of the German State Government's Working Group (or Task Force) investigating and monitoring the Church of Scientology. Germany and other European governments consider the Church of Scientology to be a ‘psycho- terror' group engaged in totalitarian political activity, subversion, psychological terrorism directed against its "critics" and other "enemies," money-laundering, economic crimes and frauds, blackmail, bribery, corruption, human rights violations and civil rights violations. So did the United States government until 1993!

It is also my own ‘opinion' that the Church of Scientology Office of Special Affairs is a terrorist organization. Many of it's written policies and practices are directed to criminal and terrorist activities, such as causing its "enemies" to be in fear and terror of the Church of Scientology's ability to " totally destroy" almost every aspect of their lives unless they conform and comply with the Church of Scientology's wishes, "goals" and "intentions."

Scientology's Office of Special Affairs has long been attempting to have Ursula Caberta "fired" from her job of investigating Scientology abuses and crimes. Once again, OSA has been engaged in an unsuccessful "cycle [of action"]. I recently learned that Ursula Caberta's two bosses, and not her, were fired by the government.

This news from Hamburg in Germany is very good. It means that Ursula is still working; she is now free again to do her work. She is free to move against the Scientology cult and enterprise in Hamburg, and to assist her counter-parts in the Interior Ministry's of the German Federal Government and its various states. Please share the good news.

There are "stat crashes" in very "sector" of the Church of Scientology. The Office of Special Affairs has been losing cases, motions and "operations" at an unprecedented rate. The Church of Scientology's dark side is being exposed daily; such is the power of the truth, the Internet and email. It may be that current OSA policies require "debugs" in accordance with the ‘Third Dynamic De-Aberration' HCO Policy Letter of 6 December 1970.
