Hi, Tigger, I drove up from New York and visited Tom Padgett in prison. He's healthy and his spirits were better after our visit. I can't go into a lot of detail right now but will later.

Here is what is important: We need money sent for bail. Five thousand dollars is needed. He won't be able to make personal phone calls for a week, (bureaucratic bullshit), in the meantime we're working on getting him legal counsel.

Folks, jail sucks and we should hunker down here and do our best to free this man. Also, Tom requested that this information regarding his whereabouts and request for funds be posted on a.r.s. I am not familiar with this. Can you take care of that , Tigger, or Gandalf?

What you are seeing is the extent to which this destructive cult will go to prevent a father from having access to his children because this father rejected its absurd "philosophies" and despicable, inhumane practices against families.

Here is a not atypical example of Keeping Scientology Working, in this case against the laws of this country where divorce is concerned.

These courts have failed in their duty to regard, first and foremost, the best interests of these children.

Instead, they put their relationships with their father at the end of a long list of specious and unfounded attacks against him vis a vis his rejection of the tenets and horrible practices of this vicious and family-destroying cult.
