9/20/00 Letter from Tom's attorney re check paying child support at
http://www.whyaretheydead.net/childabuse/padgett/check.html
Bench warrant issued 6/17/2002 re failure to appear on motion re
"flagrant non support."

6/20/02, Laura files motion to suspend visitation of children because of
bench warrant at
http://www.whyaretheydead.net/childabuse/padgett/update46.html
7/30/02, Judge overrules Scientologist Laura's exceptions and objections
to Commissioner Susan McClure's April 12, 2002 Report and
Recommendations addressing child support amounts and alleged arrears
which was merged with a criminal action filed against Tom Padgett by the
Vannoy family in 1998 back by the L. Ron Hubbard invented sect's "Fair
Game" Policy.
What this ruling means is that Tom was thousands (and 1000's) of dollars
"overpaid" and is owed a refund to the tune of $15 - 17,000. Boteler had
no where to go with this....
In this same Order, Boteler refused to touch the Vannoy families'
request to hault visitation between 17 year old Beau Padgett and his
father Tom, which Comm. McClure reinstated just this past spring.
Boteler noted at the end, "This is a final and appealable order."

So the newest question to arise is: Why did Laura Vannoy violate the
court order and not allow the children to visit on 9/1/02?
And who told RI law enforcement exactly when and where Tom would be
(possibly the mother who had the plane tickets?)

Here is a list of questions that were on a flyer handed out in
Madisonville, Kentucky:

And I think it's obvious LVP knew about the arrest warrant, arranged to
have the kid(s) visit, then double crossed Tom.
Don't you know why the Co$ cross has an "X" over the
cross -- it stands for "double cross," a sacrament
in that religion
