Tom Padgett news: Talked with Tom's family today. Tom will stay in R.I. custody and await his extradition hearing, which will occur on October 3rd in Rhode Island. At that time he will decide whether to fight extradition to Kentucky or agree to go back there.

Folks, I cannot reveal details of his current situation, been asked not to, and Tom will tell it all on this board after his release, probably sometime in October but I will attest to Tom's innocence and veracity.

I have seen up to date materials and talked with lawyers and I am convinced that this is a set-up; another round shot from the nasty litigating mothership, USS $cientology.

I'm still in New York but will make it back for the October 3rd hearing.
