I, Tom Pagett was swarmed by approx. 6 police at the providence RI (TF Greene) Airport. First command was "put your hands in the air over your head" this was repeated twice. Each policeman had a picture of me - faxed fuzzy copy. They claimed that I was a fugitive from criminal charges in Kentucky.

The arresting officer said I owed over $6000 in child support. I was cuffed and led to a squad car which said Warwick police on the side. the arresting officer also stated that he ( and his lieutenant, had never seen such an intense effort from another state for an extradition warrant.

They were notified by fascimile from a Mr. Danny Dees of Kentucky that Friday afternoon and evening that i would be at the airport to pick up my son coming from Nashville airport arriving at 10:15 PM. The arresting officer "told" me that he was informed by this Danny Dees from Madisonville, Ky that my son was not on the plane nor had planned to be. He suggested that this was a "setup"!, his name was patrolman Scott______? Sitting at his desk while "processing" me on the computer, the A.O. punched in http://www.madvillelaw.netat my request. He was shocked at what he saw, and wished that I did not come to the airport that night so that Rhode island did not get involved in the cultic scheme to vilify me (again).

Approx 2 AM Sat 9/1/02 I was transported from the Warwick police station to R.I. State A.C.I.adult correction facility) in Cranston R.I. I sat in 3 different holding cells for 19 hours before i was assigned an actual cell in the I.S.C wing of the prison. (intake services center) Room 220-B in "D" Modular. I was given a pin # for the phones there saying that Id be able to make outside calls in approximately 4-5 working days. It's now Sunday Sept 8th, by 9th day here, and have no phone access to the outside world. they have been slow to provide basic needs, provisions such as soap, toothpaste, toothbrush, towels, pillow cases etc.

On the 3rd day I was here, Sept 2, I submitted a medical request form for increasing knee and hip pain caused by chronic back complications. No reply or action to date! (9/8/02) At present I have little or no knowledge of what s being done to defend me from this endless Acientological nightmare. per Hubbard Directives, I am "isolated," disconnected" from family and friends, and continue to be "fair gamed" (tricked, sued, lied to, and destroyed).

I continue to be amazed at the U.S.A.'s courts tolerance and ignorance of Scientologsts' use of the legal system as a weapon and bludgeoning instrument against it's perceived enemies. in this instance, "using" children as bait and legal harassment vehicles.
