"Shudder into silence" is a CoS tactic. The interesting
thing was that this was the prosecutor....

Indeed, one is allowed to possess private copies. I showed the
raid team my miriad [rivate copies of the OTs and NOTs as they
have been posted to ars (for years, I have filed them - if only
to prove that they have been posted on many occasions). That was
fine with them. What they were looking for was evidence (or
sings) of Zenon or me *distributing* them - and those they
couldn't find, of course, if only for the simple fact that we do
not distribute them.

On this occasion perhaps not only the CoS, but also the
prosecutor. I'm quite sure they did not expect this raid to end
up on the front page of the newspaper. I do believe that they
only purported this raid in order to rid themselves of the
nagging complaints filed by CoS. "Yeah yeah, we investigated
once and didn't find anything. Will you stop whining now?"

Agreed.

Agreed, too :)
